As the third generation, we share the view that Masino must remain a Finnish
family-run company. We also share a strong commitment to Masino. My younger
sister Anni Pietarinen is a member of the parent company’s board, while my
other sister, Suvi Pietarinen, is chair of that board and CEO of one of Masino’s
subsidiaries. Jarmo Pietarinen also continues as a board member, offering his
experience and expertise in support of the company and the younger generation
leading it. In addition, the board has three members from outside the family to
bring external experience and development ideas to the table.
Masino has what it takes to continue to grow and develop by focusing on high-
quality services to its customers, the well-being of its staff and the fostering of
even closer partnerships. Changes in operating environments will take place
even more rapidly and on a global scale, and correspondingly the needs of our
customers will change at an increasing pace. Therefore, flexibility, development
of expertise, expansion of the service range and utilisation of digital solutions will
play an increasingly important role in Masino’s operations.
In a rapidly changing world, one thing remains: we will continue to invest in
high-quality products, in-house production, expert services, long-term customer
relationships and skilled staff. Through a strong commitment to these, we want to
ensure an excellent customer experience.
