The International Dental Show
(IDS) has become a staple in
the dental industry, drawing
droves of visitors to springtime
Cologne, Germany, in March
every other year. IDS is known
to drive the entire field forward
and 2019 was no different.

in all its main categories at
the exhibition.

The exhibition welcomed a record
160,000 visitors from 166 countries across
five days this spring. This marked a 3.2
percent increase in the number of visitors,
superhighway including a 6 percent jump in those
attending from abroad. Over half of this
year’s exhibition goers travelled to IDS from
