Good living Katja,

Development Manager
Katja Moilanen works as an IT specialist and and mother
has found it easy to balance work and family.
Short distances facilitate everyday life, and the
compact city offers everything you need for
good living.

Katja has three teenage daughters with active,
goal-oriented hobbies. Because everything is
near, the children often ride their bicycles to
their hobbies. That leaves Katja time to run
errands or go for a jog.

“I have always enjoyed living in Kajaani, and
I can find everything I need here. Kajaani is a
good place for children and there are plenty of
activities on offer. I have not missed anything
here because I have every opportunity to
educate myself and work in interesting roles.”

Katja is constantly improving her skills.
While working, she has studied for a specialist
vocational qualification in product
development at Kainuu Vocational College.
She has also remotely completed a
specialist vocational qualification in project
management.
