The complete digital implant workflow

Dr. Kirill Kostin is the co-founder of the
PerfectSmile dental clinic and dental study
centre in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Today,
Dr. Kostin uses Planmeca’s digital dentistry
solutions for even the most complicated
cases. In the following case report, Dr. Kostin
illustrates the digital implant workflow with
a clinical case together with his colleagues

The following clinical case, which I performed together with
my colleagues Dr. Ponomarev, Dr. Kozhevin and Dr. Erohin,
illustrates how digital solutions can be used in prosthodontic
2 treatment, implant placement and restoration design. According
to our experiences, digital CAD/CAM technologies enable
maximal functional and aesthetic results in comparison to
traditional methods.
