A vital aspect of our responsibility is taking care of seafarers, retirees, our employees, and tenants.
We ensure that seafarers receive their pensions now and in the future and we invest in high-quality
customer service. We offer work ability services to our shipping company customers to improve the
work ability of seafarers and help extend their careers. We promote responsible and diverse working
life within our own staff and more broadly by communicating the importance of a diverse working life
in our seminars and the Albatross magazine.
