Responsibility as a Strategic Focus

Responsibility stands as the second spearhead of the Seafarers’ Pension Fund’s strategy, and our goal
is to act responsibly across various aspects of our operations. For us, this entails taking responsibility for
people - seafarers, pension recipients, and our employees - as well as committing to the well-being of the
environment and society. We categorize the Seafarers’ Pension Fund’s implemented responsibility measures
